Definitely! Even if you already know what you want to see and do while you are there, it’s still important to factor in the driving time and the crowds. I’ve taken all of that into consideration while writing this itinerary, so you can have confidence that you are seeing the attractions in the BEST and easiest way.
This is not my first trip to the park, and I don’t plan on seeing the popular spots (Mesa Arch or Chesler Park) again. Should I still purchase this itinerary?
This itinerary is designed for those who have either never been to Canyonlands before or haven’t been back for many years. If you don’t care to stop at the most popular attractions, this Canyonlands Itinerary is probably not for you. That being said, if you would really like to delve into some of the park’s bigger adventures, let me know! I would be happy to provide you with my recommendations.
Can I buy the itineraries separately?
No, the Canyonlands 1 and 2-day itineraries are only sold as a bundle. This gives you a lot of flexibility in your planning and ensures that you have exactly what you need to explore the park, even if your plans change!
What if I love to hike and hope to complete some long day hikes in the park?
The itineraries cover the main can’t-miss sights in Canyonlands (including viewpoints and trails no longer than 3 miles). Leave some extra days free to tackle the park’s longer and more time-consuming hiking trails. Note — the 2-day itinerary does include time to hike the whole Druid Arch Trail or Chesler Park Loop if desired.
